Teresa is the principal of the business and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy major), and a Masters of Commerce (Honours) at the University of Wollongong. She has also attained a Fellowship status (FCPA) from CPA Australia. She first started the business, on her own in 1993. From then, she has enabled the business to grow into a successful firm as it is today. As such, it’s not just tax and accounting expertise she can provide, she can also advise on how to make a business become a success. The list of services that she provides is endless, and the support she provides to her clients is extraordinary. Her main advisory expertise includes taxation, personal finance, business finance, superannuation, business law, employment law, software training, business advice, tax planning, payroll, and much more.

Teresa and her family made a few desperate attempts to escape from the notorious Communist regime of Vietnam, and was rescued, and taken to Singapore Refugees camp in the early 80s. When she arrived in Australia, she could not speak/understand English but was determined to achieve an education that was denied back in Vietnam because of her family background.She is fluent in English, Vietnamese, and French. Teresa’s hobbies include cooking, walking, playing the violin, voluntary works and plays an active role as President of the Vietnamese Community in Australia – Wollongong chapter. She hopes that by making contribution to the community, it will help bring a positive image of Refugees and Asylum seekers and change people’s perception about them.

Christopher Le

Registered Tax Agent

Christopher completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy major) at the University of Wollongong, has attained his CPA Australia qualification, and is a Registered Tax Agent. He is currently undertaking studies to be a Chartered Tax Adviser and SMSF Specialist Advisor. Christopher’s skills include proficiency in accounting softwares, personal finance, taxation, payroll & superannuation compliance, and corporate compliance.

Christopher is also responsible in providing research material on accounting systems, investment strategies, self-managed superfunds, and taxation. He also provides technical support for our business clients. He is fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Chris was presented with The Duke of Edinburgh Award- Gold Award- by Her Excellency Professor Marie Bashir – Governor of NSW at the NSW Government House, Sydney. He enjoys learning languages, playing piano, cooking, and volunteering for the Vietnamese Community of Australia.

Uyen Nhi (Jenni) Luu (刘婉儿)

Jenni graduated at the University of Wollongong. She has experience in business book-keeping, and taxation for individuals and businesses.

In addition to her accounting skills, she is also a keen researcher in the area of taxation law, and provides regular updates, to our firm and to our clients, on the changes to laws regarding to taxation, businesses, and superannuation. She works very closely with our clients, and they are very grateful for her, and the expertise she provides.

She is fluent in English, Cantonese, Vietnamese, and Mandarin. She loves raising her new-born baby girl, Amber, and is an exquisite cook in Vietnamese & Chinese cuisines.

Krystal Tran

Krystal graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with major in Accountancy. She specialises in preparation of individual tax returns, as well as helping with small business tax and accounting, BAS preparation and GST returns, Capital Gain Tax and bookkeeping works. She is passionate about seeing clients grow their business with ease by providing advice and strategies in tax planning. She enjoys challenges and believes in continuous development. She is fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Outside of the office, she has various interests including running, cooking, travelling, spending time with her family and friends, and supporting local community- particularly in volunteering for the Vietnamese Community in Australia.
