- Client’s e-commerce website didn’t integrate with their accounting system.
- Lacked inventory management tracking – unable to check if stocks were low
- Unable to determine their product profit margin;
- Client had a lot of customers calling in to describe their orders, instead of customers submitting their orders on client’s website;
- Orders could not be sorted out by due date (pickup / delivery / shipping date);
- E-commerce system could not display orders via calendar view;
- Unable to track outstanding sales invoices
How we helped
We re-configured their e-commerce website; and the results were as follows:
- all customers began using their online website to submit orders – reducing phone calls;
- inventory management tracking was improved;
- product profit margin, inventory, etc were able to be tracked;
- e-commerce system integrated with their accounting system;
- backend coding to make orders sorted out by due date order.
