Problem

Client used a physical calendar diary book to track their appointments with customers. They would invoice their customers monthly.

However, with so many appointments, it was so hard for them to invoice everyone on time, and track outstanding invoices. The invoice work would take a whole week to complete.

Further, client had to manually process direct debits from their eftpos machine.

How we helped

We digitised their calendar and their invoice system by using 3 accounting apps.

We provided training and set-up the whole system.

As a result,

  • all customers were invoiced on time – not missing a single invoice for customer appointment;
  • no more physical books and paper – all digitised. They can now do all their appointments, invoices, calendar, etc all on their smart phone, tablets, and computer;
  • easily create monthly statements to customers with ease;
  • invoices would automatically direct debit customer’s accounts/cards;
  • What took weeks to do manually, was completed in under an hour;
